THE IPART TEAM PROMISES THIS!

(IPART) or the. "Iowa Paranormal Advanced Research Team". 

Promises to bring professionalism, personality, and confidentiality to each case we investigate. We understand that it is tough to call someone like us, and we respect your right to privacy.

1. We will bring a levelheaded and comfortable atmosphere into your home, in essence, taking care of the most important thing, your comfort.

2. We bring recording devices to your home to capture evidence of paranormal activity, but they are only used with the homeowner's permission. We will not share or publish any of the media or any details of the case outside of the close-knit IPART group.

3. We will then help you to understand some of the nature of the problem supplying you with the information to understand why this is happening and how little danger is actually involved.

4. We will then proceed to investigate the house, usually between the hours of  6:00 pm and 6:00 am. Usually we only need about 3 to 4 hours depending on our findings in between that time frame..

5. We do this free of charge. We may ask for help with gas if the location is inadequately far away.So, if you are having trouble dealing with paranormal influences in your life, contact IPART here, and we will commit to do our very best to help you.

6. We will then share our findings with you and come to a conclusion.
You are welcome to copies of any of the recorded media and our phones are open to you should you continue to need comfort or help.

7. We seek out real proof of the paranormal, but always look for logical explanations that could be caused by certain events.  We do not believe in the use of seances or ouija boards as means to contact spirits.  Instead, We
conducts an in-depth investigation, using equipment that can measure and record the paranormal.

8. We are not scary, or spooky people; we are a normal, presentable group of folks who are very run of the mill and main stream. Please see our bio and pictures under each group. If we do take on your case, We will maintain a high level of respect for you and your home or business and family.

9. Our members range from believers in the paranormal, to those who have their doubts, to those who have little to no belief in the paranormal and are utter skeptics at heart. We try to stay completely objective in our investigations, and will admit to being one of the more skeptical groups out there.   

10. We give you our honest thoughts, and maybe even some evidence to check out if we do find anything worth your, and our time.
